Adrienne Tucker

GenNOW Founder

Hello! My name is Adrienne Tucker. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Generation NOW. I have worked with youth, ages 0-19, for all of my career which has been about 24 years. I received my Associate degree in Early Childhood Development from University of Alaska Anchorage and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. I am also a Certified Personal and Executive Life Coach which has led me to mentor and coach adolescents. The most important relationship I have is my relationship with God. Nothing and no one will ever come before my love for Him. Right after that is my most amazing loving husband, Tommie. We have been happily married for 6 years. We have a super handsome and busy toddler son name TJ who is our JOY! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, shopping, exercising (a new found love), traveling, and spending quality time with my hubby and son as well as the rest of my family. GenNOW is not just a business for me, it is a ministry and passion. I can’t wait to see what the future hold for all things Generation NOW!

My name is Laurin Jones (AKA LoLo), originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, I moved to Austin, Texas after graduating high school where I started working in the dental field and found my true passion. Thirteen and a half years and 4,000 miles later I find myself still just as excited to provide the best dental experience as day 1. When I am not at Anchorage Midtown Dental, I am pouring all I can into the youth in the city of Anchorage. I have been a mentor for 4 years now and that has been the most fulfilling experience I have ever been blessed to be apart of. My goal is to continue to uplift and empower our city’s young adults to help them see their true potential and all God has in store for them.

Hi my name is Robert Russell. Lifelong Alaskan, born and raised in Anchorage. Completed all my education from Kindergarten through College in Anchorage as well. God has blessed me to been employed with the Alaska Railroad for 20 years, where I currently hold the position of Manager of Guest Services. God has also blessed me with a heart to minister to young people. I've been a mentor with Alaska Military Youth Academy since 2017, where I’ve helped 10 plus young men get their GED’s, High School Diplomas, pass the ASVAB test, transition from adolescents to young adults, etc. Being a mentor is so rewarding. I love when I am able to help a young person in life and years later they come back and say, “Thank You!” Thank you GenNOW for allowing me to coach tomorrows future leaders and ambassadors!

I am Gregory Burden Jr.  I was born and raised in Anchorage AK.  I have been married for 20 years, and we have 3 wonderful children.   I enjoy fishing, and all things outdoors.  I have an extensive background in the food industry, and currently work for United Parcel Service.  I have always had an interest in working with youth, and creating positive outlets for their growth in our community.

I was blessed to grow up in a home with a Mom and Dad who loved God and one another and taught us Biblical values. At the age of 20 I heard the Gospel at church and received Christ as my Savior. It was years later that I surrendered to the call of ministry.  As I began my ministry I pursued a youth-based evangelistic organization. I was appointed Co-Youth Pastor after several years of serving and supporting the youth through facilitated interfaith dialogs  and value-based curriculum in youth and young adult settings.  I fell in love and married Kashema who also has a passion for Christ and discipleship. We have 4 children and we have been blessed to be a part of Dominion Ministries. My desire is to help the youth by coaching them in order to assist in their growth and complete potential.
